All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the relevant airline, hotel or tour operator. Prices displayed on our website are indicative and may change until a booking is confirmed and paid for in full. Full payment terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
Cancellation and amendment policies vary depending on the airline, hotel or tour operator and the fare or package booked. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend a booking, and we will advise you of any applicable fees or restrictions.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport, any required visas, and to meet any health or entry requirements for their destination. We recommend checking government travel advice before you travel.
While we take care in arranging your travel, we act as an intermediary between you and the airlines, hotels and other suppliers who provide the actual travel services. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays or cancellations of these third-party suppliers.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your booking or travel arrangements, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Complaints relating to the actual travel service (e.g. flight delays, hotel standards) should also be raised with the relevant supplier.
